The autistic crafting in the past games was amazing, you could crash the game from the amount of damage you could do 10/10 better than Atelier, that said i hope we get some news of the western release soon at NotE3.

Well now the game crashes from nothing at all! Game is reportedly extremely glitchy. It also has shadows instead of panties (Even the DS game had them).

I'm very into cock and ball torture
Rune Factory is simultanously the best farming sim game I ever played and a pretty good top down action JRPG.
The combination of the two gameplay modes due to farming skills giving you combat attributes is the cherry on top.
Obviously it's gotta be the Succubus.

Great design, looks like a red mage with all that aristrocat stuff.
Hooker with a Heart of Gold is one of my favourite literatue tropes, so if she is halfway decently written this is a safe sell.

Loved Frontier on the Wii but I just couldn't get into 4's castle setting. I'm supposed to be a noob scrub farmer, I don't want to be lording it up in a castle five minutes after starting ffs.

I agree. I've always enjoyed the small town farmer part of the game, and living in a small humble house gave me that feeling. It's a shame that the recent rune factory games have tried to experiment with that when all I've ever wanted was a farmhouse. It's why I'm still so fond of the first game and still replay it from time to time. You end up saving the town at the end but apart from that it did feel like a low-stakes adventure focused around your character and the small town vibe.

You ended up buying Runefactory 4 after that last rf5 thread, right? how did that end up going? Did you beat it yet? Any plan on playing the others?
