In my country the system operates YOU
"You'd have him just manage to escape with his life, then find out more of the evil plot... and return to the base later and better prepared for a final showdown." That would be even cooler, but I am amazed that path even existed - painful as it was.

You do fight 3 of the ones with big guns at the watershed at necropolis.

In your situation, you are pretty screwed because you had to fight them and have no decent equipment having lost all of it, though.

Normally, by the time you get to the mutants they are pretty easy and the only annoyance is keeping your teammates alive.

I almost kept dogmeat alive this time through, and I wasn't even trying to, but one of the damn forcefields got him....

Surely you can talk qualitatively about the game without using buzzwords? Mention how it gives real choices, real consequences? Mention that stealth really is stealth, that dialogue and story is believable, and based on a prize-winning series of novels. Mention the gritty, medieval flavour, its beautiful graphics. Describe the art style.

You can find all this info in our interviews (you won't find many buzzwords there). Our official site is also good place if you're looking for "hard" information about "The Witcher" (our forum, witcheropedia, news etc.). But official press release is something different. It is rather announcement than a normal stuff about the game itself. So, I agree with Tom (not only because we're working together  ).

And above all else - in CD Projekt we just love our game and we truly belive that it will be great:)

The way it is, and the way you also imply it is, Lukas, I fail to comprehend the logic behind PR.

It's exactly like a random quest in some game, like Daggerfall. "Go to X, Kill Y, take Z and come back" is replaced by "X® is a <generic buzz word #1> game in which the players can live <generic buzz word #2> first hand. The game features <generic game feature buzz word #1> in a world with <generic game feature buzz word #2>, using <generic game feature buzz word #3>. <generic genre buzz word> will never be the same after players experience the <generic buzz word #3> of X®"

Any objection to this format is simply a delusional joke, as it is pretty obvious.

Oh man, I shoud write a "PR Announcement Generation Software®", it surely will save companies a great deal of money, getting rid of greasy PR guys like Pete Hines, and make me rich instead!
