I don't know what's going on.

First I got a few 404 errors while trying to get to the forums. Now I can reach the forums,. but whenever I type "www.rpgcodex.com" I see a "Refreshing to welcome page..." message, than Opera asks me about some certificates, and then I get to a page I've never seen called "Welcome Site/ User Administrator". What's going on? (Refreshing didn't help.)
