You only get up to level 17 doing all the content, so the main path plus the side quests combined are shorter than NWN2 OC's main path.

20% of the content is the main path, so the main path is therefore less than one fifth the length of the NWN2 OC.

Quality over quantity I guess, but except a lot of flaming once the game comes out.

In NWN1/2 there's this stupid and horrible thing that you get the same xp whether you go solo or whether in a party of 6. Therefore, the XP is not split between party members.

Nope. In NWN 1 you got less XP if you had a henchman.

Don't know for sure about NWN 2.
