"This message is awaiting moderator approval": All new users must pass through our moderation queue before they will be able to post normally. Until your account has "passed" your posts will only be visible to yourself (and moderators) until they are approved. Give us a week to get around to approving / deleting / ignoring your mundane opinion on crap before hassling us about it. Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

Stupid question, but I am high

Does the site get money every time someone clicks on a banner? Can I make the site cash, buy looking at the advertisement links?

Behind you.
I have no idea how the money thing works. All I know is that Urban tells us what ad code to use, keeps the server up and running, and lets us do whatever we want for the most part - like doing the Harry Potter book spoilers in his IRC channel.

In other words: By clicking the ads, you save us from having to fork out cold hard cash ourselves in order to pay for all the juicy bandwidth you bastards suck. If we did have to pay for that bandwidth, we'd go broke and there would be no codex.

So click the ads.

... but not too much. Most ad companies have trackers where if they think you're clicking the ad too often, that click doesn't count. So once or twice every day or so is plenty.
