6:25 they administer heavy ordnance for a good 2 minutes to this corner of the building - shame the environment is non-destructible.

All the projectiles looks great. And i like the narrative bits too.

It's very good. Although get ready to save scum because this game is brutal and will beat you one side and down the other. And since units persist from mission to mission if beaten hard enough it's game over. Did I also mention you cannot have too many troops because you will run out of available resources? Play it and you will learn to love the pain.

Yeah I know, you are right. BUT it would have been better as a brand new game to focus on Legion, maybe in this one make it focused on the gearhead human faction.

Also i found it baffling that in a game about genocidal robot overmind chasing your hobo ass around the map you spend almost half of the campaign fighting a mexican cartel.

yes I saw them, it was annoying to me because its not something I wanted, but its totally to be expected. I hope they have other DLC's eventually and that all the Robot lovers buy this...I worry they are a loud minority (like can sometimes happen) and that it might then put a stop to development which would be too bad because this was one of the best games I have played in the last 5 years I think.

I don't think there are any. If they are it doesn't alter the gameplay.

I was thinking about how atmospheric it looks with night time warfare in the movies.

Afaik the mission where you defend the town with the deserter is night time... not 100% sure
