Oblivion is a terrible game even when you're not comparing it with its predecessor, for reasons relating to the way it levels up the world along with the player so that you can never, ever be more or less powerful than the enemies in the game.

What kind of dumb fucker plays Oblivion for 100 hours and still manages to still have the same relative strength he did when he started? Why do I even read this shit anymore?

The land of Morrowind begs to be explored more than any other game world ever conceived. I don't even know where to begin - maybe with the sprawling cities

Sprawling cities?

Oh God make it stop...

well, the "sprawling cities" remark would have been true if Bethesda had added in the rest of Morrowind, instead of just the island in the middle.

btw, is that Tamriel Rebuilt mod done yet now after some 10+ years?

Almost. Will be done by the time Halley's comet makes it's next appearance in the inner solar system.

Well, the next release of the first map, Telvannis, will be final, having all NPCs, dialogues and quests implemented.

That is only the first part of the mod though.
Of 6 parts.
After about 8 years of modding or so.

How about 2020?
