I'm excited to hear about dual weilding, but being able to dual weild spells sounds pretty stupid.

I'm also excited to hear about dual weilding

Perhaps he meant dual welding?

"Create Bling"?!?
Dual wielding spells?

I haven't actually played oblivion, has this the potential to be worse?

Worse? Probably not assuming they don't have the awful AI and mini-game dialogue wheel. That said, it won't be much better.

They're really pushing the whole dual wielding aren't they? And of course they removed another school of magic. I'm sure they removed a lot more shit and it's somehow always "for the better" in these articles that seem to be advertising the game rather then simply telling us the new features.

It's not complaining, it's clairvoyance. The Codex learned to predict the future from Cleve (that doesn't sound right).

Wow, just 10 months of complaining about how shit it's going to be left. I'd better savor each post.

But then you get months of argument between people on the varying levels of shit they think it is, and how much mods can save it. "Maybe if they added this in...", "Uninstall.exe", "Remove the vampire rape sex. Who asked for that?", "Reads better than Bioware."

And the build up for the next Fallout game, with speculation on how much it in turn will be dumbed down from Skyrim.

Hey I have an idea, they should leave just three skills: melee, magic and archery. Is this a great idea or the best one?
It has been done already. In fact it was fairly nice game.

You haven't heard shit yet, guys. Word on the street is that Bethesduh has removed fucking stats from the game altogether. The article in that magazine mentioned that players will be able to choose between increasing Health, Mana or Stamina during level up... and nothing else. This may mean that Bethesduh has removed stats altogether (a move so retarded, I doubt even they would go for that), that stats are fixed (ala New Vegas, although I dont like this option), that they increase automatically with skill gains (something similar to the Galciah's Character Development mod maybe) or that we're reading too much into this and that we'll be able to increase stats manually during level up.

So, basically, I wanted to ask: how do you think the attributes should be handled in the game?

New pacifist class can dual-wield shields?
