Not sure, but there's a mod on LoversLab that removes her nose.

E3 digital ticket bundle. From what I can see, these are mostly add-ons for various F2P games (admittedly, a lot of them), though there is Psychonauts in 1$ tier and Grey Goo Definitive Edition in 4$, as well as 30 day trial for EVE Online.
