Where's the gameplay though. Developers spend all this money making these cinematic when they can instead showcase at least a couple of seconds of gameplay and fans will go crazy. Then again. Can also mean they have absolutely no faith in their product so they gotta use these cinematics as a clutch.

Anyways. Interested to see if this is going to be better than the original one. Original one sucked monkey dicks.

Well, the original game was also dumb. Everything is par for the course here.

Still, it had a quirky gritty vibe and was fun to return to every once in a while.

The original got a lot of criticism for being the first Dark Souls clone, but I still consider it one of the best attempts from outside of From Soft.

Yeah, it's much slower, has less build options and the second half isn't very good, but the first hours of the game are legit great. Interesting enemies and bosses, good level design and a lot of secrets to uncover.

Even though they removed "2" from the title, it's still looks like a sequel. They even reused those finger-like rocks.

Show trailer for a medieval fantasy game with knights and demons.
Completely unfitting rock music starts playing.

Why do western devs do this?
At least it wasn't hip hop this time.

At least the out of place rock music in this trailer is Danzig which is highly :obviously:

Music in the Dark Souls trailer is cringe, on the other hand. Sounds like a toyota ad.
