Thief Question: Editing Fan Missions to Enable Killing on Expert

Probably better to post this on the TTLG forum, but I don't wanna make an account for just that.

Question: how simple is it to remove the "no killing" rule on difficulties?

I ask because every Thief vet knows killing is always taken away in higher difficulties but it's not a major disadvantage given how powerful the blackjack is.

Compared to it, killing with sword or arrows is harder - they're noisey, leave blood, and slow your movement down. Gone are racing around blackjacking people like mad and throwing their bodies in dark corners. You either plan where you want to kill someone to at least avoid blood or you intend to expend a water arrow if it's a busy area.

I wanna do this on expert difficulty, especially given that many missions lock out sections of maps and reduce the enemy count on easy.

Really, given how Thief is played, I wish people would make normal be expert but with killing enabled.

Anyway, I'm a total noob with Thief editing, so is this possible?
