T's right, you need to make sure you're actually differentiating yourself from Soldat. I think one thing that could set your game apart in a big way would be larger sprites- I get tired of the tiny

Re: KOTOR sucks ass (and not just for RP-related reasons)

What the fuck is wrong with lucasarts? Has it never even created a game before or something? A error rate in CDs of 100% is fucking unaccepatable even for Valu-Soft, let alone a company that actually (used to) have some integrity (at least in the realm of adventure games).

considering you are the first I heard that have this problem then it is safe to assume that the 100% error rate is on your side. considering it worked for me then I do at least know is no more than 80% on their side.

Considering I've tried said CDs on six different computers, I seriously doubt that.

I wonder if you played a game that installed the Star Force Copy Protection program on your computer?

unless you're a seriously devout star wars fruitcake, or have never played a decent RPG in your life, KOTOR will offer you very very little.

The CRC Error was a sign from god to go back and play shadowlands.

Freaky if this is true.

Can't be dodgy batch of discs if the torrent has the error too.

Can't be a dodgy drive if you tried on several PCs.

Which just means God loves you and doesn't want you to play this game.

Go download a good RPG instead.

I'm already on there. I got this browser called "Avant Browser" and I can be on two websites at once. It's pretty frickin' cool.

Obviously, this is an I D 1 0 T error. It hurts me to even read about people who blame a "bargain bin" game for there gaming woes. If you surf those porn sites, your computer will stop working correctly. Yes, that includes being able to install video games. It very well could be a bad disk too, but I fail to see what stops you from returning it and swapping for a different copy. Some people simply lack the gift. Whatever that may be. Sorry, but you appear to be one of those individuals.

I don't even care for KOTOR anyway. Not sure why I even responded. I guess it's just a QA thing.....

Cheers!

What the shit? I already stated that I returned the game three times.

Furthermore I have never seen a virus that corrupts CRCs on final burn'ed CDs, but I would be exceptionally interested to visit the magical fairy land where that apparently happens to you.

That the fucker won't even work under Ubuntu nor Fedora with WineX or Cedega suggests it is a bag of gay, and also completely invalidates your whole pornsite crap.

If you've returned the game three times and it still won't work, it's your computer, or an operator issue. No offense bro, but you can tout all the linux you want it still doesn't make you some video game install guru.

Once again, given the number of computers it doesn't work on, it's obviously an issue with the CDs themselves sucking. And a user can't exactly create a CRC error on their CDs until they attack them with steel wool.
