What if I pledge enough for a real item like a shirt and it has to be shipped out of the U.S.?
Sorry to say, we need to ask an additional $15 for shipping outside of the U.S. on any pledge of $100 to $500. Shipping for pledgers of $1000 and above is free.

MAJESTIC!!!!!!

The goal amount covers not just development but producing the rewards too. Ever thought about that?

It's not too weird to want shipping costs covered by the buyer, is it? Pretty much every other project has this as well.
Double Fine only had 10$ for shipping though.

did You ever heard about worldwide Free shipping???

If it doesn't get funded, you won't lose anything, if it does, you'll have a great game in the spirit of old times without compromises.

We lose the potential for that there fine and dandy game you mentioned; all due, perhaps, to a poor presentation and an inability to compromise.

Such is life.

The good thing is we DON'T need to build an engine. Unity 3D is a top notch engine and is getting better.

Let's talk about programming.

why don't you just license the aurora engine and put some work into the renderer? you still need some talented code monkeys but this way you don't have to convert anything or reinvent all the script commands / base events, dialogue and inventory system and so on. in case you already licensed unity.... well, that's bad luck.

Because Unity 3D is more powerful, flexible, versatile, it's being continually improved and supports multiple platforms. Also it already has the renderer. :) (and we have the commercial licences)
On top of this, we can make other games with it, too .

 pfff.. Awesome backing by the codex on this one. It´s good to see the community being so nice and positive regarding this project.

I think deep, deep inside you would all like this game. Your abused and fragile self esteem is just too low for you to dare show your support.

let me be the first; $25 pledged. KTHXBYE!

Warning: 90% of the people on GOG forums are console tards who care more about their anti-DRM crusade than they do quality old school games. They'd sooner kickstart the Mass Effect 3 Revised Ending DLC.

Sup SubBassman? :smug:

Yeah every NWN mod deserves to be made into a full game, and this project is really realistic.

I'm saving my moolah for when Prosper goes kickstarter.

Believe me, I'm not him/her. Check the IP addresses or anything if you want.
I don't need this kind of self-promotion.
