You can if you remove the copy protection from the exe (at least for SH3's disc version).

I mean how will that affect me when I own all my Ubi games on STEAM?
Sure I have to log in to Ubisoft launcher but they cant remove them from my STEAM account.

Ubisoft needs to pull off at least one self-sabotaging stunt per year. Otherwise they would not be a French company now, would they?

It's like a PSA they put out now and then telling people to stop giving them money as it only directly funds The Decline™ and that your "purchases" from them really are only rentals with an indeterminate rental period.

I suppose that if it is really enough to not play Ubi games for 6 six months in order to have the account deleted, there should be more cases like this.
