I've been playing Ultima V for the first time and used a patch to add back the music to the DOS version. I did the same thing for Ultima IV, but there I found the default soundfont grating and so used this NES style 8-bit soundfont to make it sound more like the original Apple II version: https://musical-artifacts.com/artifacts/23
I tried the same thing for Ultima V but the music just sounds grating, and I can't find any soundfont that's fitting. The YouTube uploads of the Apple II and Commodore 64 versions sound pretty good:

Anyone know any soundfonts that can make it sound like this, or just your preferred soundfonts for Ultima V? I found a Commodore 64 soundfont bank here: https://drunk3nj3sus.blogspot.com/2015/04/c64-waveform-soundfonts.html but I can't get it to work with VirtualMIDISynth.
