It's not technically possible. I know because I looked.

I converted a few years ago after being adamant that they were for fags mainly due to shittier internet at that time. Now I pay way too much for internet just so I can use buttons and I really need the lore without reading 115 pages. Does Codex have a wiki?

The truth is that the buttons can mean whatever you want them to mean. You can even feel free to use the disagree button for when you agree with a user.
