I read this as "poke some caged bears with your staff," a feature I have yet to have seen in a video game.

Also, good call on making it PC-compatible. Which is a also a funny answer to the original question:

If designed for the tablet, I think that a text-heavy RPG would be great. You would play it as you read a book, whenever you have the time, for however long you want... close it and reopen it to continue where you left off.
