When can we have custom avatars?

There aren't even any Resident Evil or Silent Hill avatars. But oh boy you sure can sport a Fallout 76 one, or Fortnite, or some faggy Metal Gear Solid aids. The selection is nothing short of exceptional

Make them 96x96 pixels, PNG, put them in a zip file and post the link in the thread (preferrably with an overview picture that contains all the avatars).

Okay well I attempted this with a picture of Heather Mason from the Silent Hill 3 boxart and the end result was a total travesty. I literally have no idea what I'm doing.
