I wonder how cheap they're gonna go on production values? It seems like you gotta move heaven and earth to sell a million copies of something on Steam.
They are also gonna push modder stuff.
Well, it's gonna be PC exclusive shit, I guess that is incline..?Okay, the trailer was kinda shit.... but we understand marketing is that way. My hopes are high about PC exclusivity though.
4 dudes with shit weapons and grenades rape all aliens with shit AI straight from the toilet on impossible (or whatever it's called) and suddenly humanity loses to them?Developed by Firaxis Games, XCOM 2 transports players 20 years into the future, where humanity lost the war against the alien threat that has established a new world order.
CREATE CUSTOM MODS
Community-focused tools allow you to create your own campaign, tactical gameplay, aliens, classes, strategy game features, and share within the Steam Workshop.
How can you possibly know how many people are willing and/or capable of huge value-adding mods, given that they'll have proper tools this time around??Wonder if they did most of the development thinking the paid mods thing was gonna be in full swing by release
The biggest Longwar people (johhnylump and amineri I think?) have said they're gonna kickstart their own game, so it's not like XCOM has some vast community champing at the bit to do huge value-adding mods
Maybe it's the fact that Earth only had all of 4 guys defending it that allowed the aliens to take over?4 dudes with shit weapons and grenades rape all aliens with shit AI straight from the toilet on impossible (or whatever it's called) and suddenly humanity loses to them?Developed by Firaxis Games, XCOM 2 transports players 20 years into the future, where humanity lost the war against the alien threat that has established a new world order.

Why there were players who didn't expand squad size to 6? One HWP and 5 squaddies were much more useful than 4 rookies.Maybe it's the fact that Earth only had all of 4 guys defending it that allowed the aliens to take over?
