As always weighted more towards what I actually played, and still enjoy. And this time wasn't really wasn't that hard decline, atleast not for rts (which is what matters), it's just that you guys are a bunch of console twitch gamers. In fact you could say the 00 was a mini golden era for rts with games like Medieval 2, Blitzkrieg, Cossacks 2, WiC, Dawn of war series, Supreme Commander and Ground Control 1. The rts genre declined during the 10, mainly held afloat by Eugene Systems and Paradox. 2008 being the really bad year to be fair.

Deus Ex, and maybe Thief 2 and System Shock 2 (I don't remember if those belong to the '90s though). The rest was shit. I stopped playing games during the '00s. Too bad I started again in the mid of the '10s.
