Nemesis/Majestic thing was introduced in a Robbie Morrison miniseries, which was made after Abnett's series. I can post that later too.

Oh. Still, go for #1. #2 sounds like it's another universe than the wildcats/authority/MAJESTIC/stormwatch posted so far. Let's stick with the people us non-comic-savants already know

Top Ten was a self-contained mini-series in a setting all of its own. It was part of WildStorm's America's Best Comics label, or ABC, where the gimmick was that all the comics were written and created by Alan Moore. The two most famous ABC titles were League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Tom Strong.
