You are an android, your body was infused with what'shisface's memories.... You only find out you are an android later, in the meantime you are searching for your wife, a middle aged lady.
BoS recover the remains of the Master and accidentally get infused with the super mutant virus. Free androids and scientists vs evil Mater BoS war ensues. Ghouls are still a poor minority whom everyone is racist against unless you pass a lvl 2 diplomacy check. Everyone who knows where your wife is sends you on fetch quests to help with the war effort. You get to work for both sides and at the end you find out your wife is the Master, now you must pick the grim dark end game choice, join your wife OR steal the 'innocent' part of her memories and put them in an android body after defeating the BoS. Additional choice is killing everyone and becoming the new Master of androids and mutant BoS.
There will be a shot in the knees reference and Skyrim belongs to the BoS reference.
