Vault Dweller wanted to publish an update about the stealth system in Colony Ship this month, but unfortunately it's not quite ready yet. Instead, here's a brief update about a small but interesting feature. Before the mutiny, the ship's crew made use of powerful virtual reality training simulators capable of uploading knowledge directly into users' brains. Nowadays these machines are used as mere entertainment devices, but if the player can find the necessary tokens, he too will be able to upgrade his skills instantaneously. The proprietor of the "Old Earth Emporium" explains in the following screenshots, which also showcase the game's latest dialogue interface:

The stealth system is almost done but 'almost' doesn't count, so instead of showing the stealth system in action I have to post some filler screens to reassure you that we're still alive.

As you can see, the walls become transparent when you walk inside, so you won't miss any objects of interest while exploring.

The dialogue screen is still work in progress. When you have to convince someone to see things your way, a disposition slider and recently used skills will appear at the lower part of the dialogue screen.

Each token boosts 3 skills. For example, a token authorizing basic training for a riot control trooper will boost your blunt, critical strike, and armor skills.

What do you think, Codex?
