My first thought when I received an e-mail from Atari asking if I'd be interested in taking a look at their soon to be released RPG Gothic II was confusion. I knew about it of course. The game is a sequel to the critically praised but tragically overlooked RPG Gothic. I was under the impressions, though, that the game had already been released. Sure enough, I checked around the Web and the game's already been out for some time in its native Germany, and an English translation of it is already burning up the charts in the UK.​
