Every game needs Perks like Fallout.

- Talents have been added. These are like feats from D&D, or perks from Fallout.
- Configuration file support.
- Surplus mecha no longer follow the PC everywhere.
- PC can now join Hwang-Sa Temple.
- Victory files contain much more information than before.
- As usual, numerous bugs were fixed and game balance was improved.
Every game needs Perks like Fallout.
