Tags: Space HackRemember Space Hack, which was renamed to that long, strange name I can't remember? Well, apparently it was released, a few people noticed, and it's finally got a post mortem on RPGVault. Anyway, funny clip:
Space Hack is a somewhat rare type of game, a proper hack and slash in a space setting. It is fully 3D with an isometric view. It was created especially for less demanding players - think of it as kind of like an introduction to serious RPGs. We have simple development of our character, a few dozen types of weapons, and several dozen kinds of beasts hiding out there to kill us. Our goal was to create a simple game for everyone. And we succeeded. We got a huge response from players who started to like RPGs, thanks to ours. One of German game portals, games www.gamecaptain.de, gave it the highest grade ever for any RPG. We got a better score than Diablo and Dungeon Siege.What the hell? Someone needs a reality intervention. I mean, the demo for the game was okay, but come on.
