Tags: Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows; Midway GamesIt's nice to see hype machines at work. Most previews these days serve no other purpose. Gamers plays their part with this preview pretty well but could do better considering they mentioned Romero only twice and forgot about Sawyer. Here's a bit:
It follows so much of the tradition that the series is known for, but is going through some dramatic overhauls in other areas, with the assistance of John Romero, a famed PC game producer who worked on such classics as Doom and Daikatana, among others. Yeah, Doom is a classic, But Daikatana? I guess that's a classic as well, just making a totally different hall of fame.
