Wizardry 6 was a good game.
For sure. I'm kind of disappointed in myself that I slept on it originally.

When I was first introduced to Cleve's predecessor, the illustrious D.W. Bradley, I only did a continuous playthrough of 7 and 8 because I was told those were the best. Earlier this year, I did a playthrough of 6 and it holds up surprisingly well in conjunction with those two. I just wish I wasn't so busy aka lazy and force myself to bring my Wiz 6 party into another playthrough of 7 and 8, but honestly that seems pretty daunting right now.

Are the themes in your game inspired by the above?

Oh ffs, don't tell me I will have to start playing blobbers now.

It's just a little odd to see this:

RPGs
1. Wizardry 7
2. Wizardry 6

knowing your long antipathy towards and with some of the big-wigs at Sir-Tech.

First mistake was believing that the people at Sir-Tech had much if anything to do with the creation of both 6 & 7.

Taking the profits does not make you even a game producer.

The now bankrupt entity once known as Sir-Tech has said a lot of stuff.
