During the presentation of the Polish localization of Cyberpunk 2077, the head of the game development Adam Badowski told a few stories about the creation of the game.

First, Adam says, the CD Project RED screenwriters wrote the story for a female hero. After this, the version of the story was adjusted to the male character.

It is interesting that the romantic themes for the main heroes of the game were described separately. You could assume that the male and female heroes could twist the novel with different lengths.

Another interesting point is related to the localization of the game. Especially for Cyberpunk 2077 in the studio, they developed a technology that can generate real-time true-to-face facial animation based on the text. This technology can adapt across all languages on which the game will be released. For the generation of animations, we use a specially developed command CD Projekt RED neural network that analyzes the sound of the desired language.

Also, the official Twitter of Cyberpunk 2077 revealed the names of three actors of the voice acting of the Polish version of the game

Reminds me of Assassins Creed Odyssey where Kassandra is the canon hero in that game but they decided to put Alexios on the cover.

The devs also got a bit upset as well because majority people ended up playing as Alexios. And Ubisoft still chasing after the "Ezio" dream of having a well liked character. And failing miserably. Ezio was a great protagonist. Instead in AC 3 we got someone with the personality of a rock, AC 4 we got trailer park Ezio, Unity I can't even remember the dudes name, Never played Syndicated, Origins we got the pharaoh dick washing, child killer Bayek. Least Alexios wasn't bad and the voice actor did a good job.

This is what the director said:

"Right now it's two-thirds Alexios and one-third Kassandra. "The interesting thing is that, during playtests, it was pretty much 50/50. I was a bit surprised; I was expecting half-and-half or even a little bit more Kassandra. "The idea of choice being key to our game shows really well in that even we are surprised by some of the choices [players] ended up making."

There are still degrees of average. Like, Ass Creed: Origins was good average, but Ass Creed: Odyssey was bad average. And Witcher 3 is very good average, while DA:I is average average. See?
