Teehee. I went to sleep last night with a smile on my face. There's just something broken about having 2 champions taking on almost the whole army with very minor losses.

I'm afraid future battles will turn out the same way since we went Old Faith.
Turning the whole strategy into Dynasty Warrior combat deployments.

Here's the basic outline:
Champions & Sages make best candidates for the killing machine.
Champions are awesome because: Cleave hits 5 soldiers at once. With their ultra high damage, that means lots of dead soldiers in moments.

Sages are insane because: Take Curse of Shadows, max it out. Then invest on immunity to magic spell. For 1 minute, your units are immune. Engage enemy, Curse of Shadow on the grounds you're fighting on. Dead enemies. Also, spellweaving gives 1 mana per kill, further increasing his output.

It's time for some morale boosting victories as I pit Arthur's best against a bunch of armies in a year.

Battle 1: Samhain
01.jpg

All battles against Samhain always takes place at night. These ghosts only appear at night.

02.jpg

Four VP. Two to the west is a Village and Shrine. To the northeast lies Dragon bones, any spell in that vicinity only casts half the mana. The southeastern VP is anti-magic shrine. No spells can be cast there.

03.jpg

I quicly cast daylight to keep tabs on their location. I also assume it adds some penalty to ghosts.

04.jpg

And I decide to just plant Sir Balin and Sir Bors there. I'm skeptical if they can hold for long...but the outcome totally surprised me.

05.jpg

Here we go.
06.jpg

I activated Cleave, Dragon's Breath etc.

07.jpg

While this is happening I get the rest of my army into position to cap the two western VP.
08.jpg

Enemy AI is still splitting up. However, some of them turned back after Balin & Bors slaughtered everyone at Dragon Bones.

09.jpg

No problem. Still holding. Our archers have fire zero shots.

10.jpg

2 VP to 1.

11.jpg

Still holding.

12.jpg

Until the morale zeroes out.

13.jpg

14.jpg

At this point, I had no doubt, I've beat the game thanks to the Sidhe Roads combo and melee options within seconds of battle start.

But what about...this?
Battle 2: DLC Set Battles Collection
15.jpg

The DLC offers 3 sets, each offering huge bonuses and consists of 3 pieces. 9 battles to earn them all. Yes, Steam sales includes it.

Slightly more interesting map. 7 VP. 4 on the enemy side of the river.
16.jpg

5 o clock and 6 o clock VP is free to grab with Sidhe Roads.
17.jpg

Enemy forces barely deployed across the river.
18.jpg

By the time they sent dogs to cap the 6 o clock VP, Sir Bors has secured it.
19.jpg

We're 2 VP up to 0 within a minute of battle.
19.jpg

Deciding not to take the archer hits, I regrouped Sir Bors with Balin at 5 o clock VP. The rest of the forces remain on the west side of the river. 4 VP to 2.
20.jpg

Sir Gareth snipes some while the archers kept watch. No shots fired.
21.jpg

Enemy arrived at 5 o clock VP and we ambush it with elite Sidhe troops.
22.jpg

They stopped trying. It's time to take the initiative.
23.jpg

Lone archers. Free kills.
24.jpg

Just a quick mow down.
25.jpg

The enemy attempted a charge at the river....but lost too much to archers. They retreat.
26.jpg

Sir Bors is done with the slaughter.
27.jpg

Time to pack up.
28.jpg

29.jpg

30.jpg

31.jpg

:salute:

Eh...next one is another minor battle. Bunch of weak shits really. We're on a roll.

32.jpg

More rape.

33.jpg

The reward is pretty slick. Wolf Claw blade.
34.jpg

200 hp per kill. Unlockable property +2 cleave & +5 mana per kill.

Another minor rebellion, this time by an elite mercenary unit. We traded two bitches that I have no interest in marrying off plus 1,000 gold for 2 Level 10 Marauders and 2 Level 10 Raven Guards. A steal. They shall serve as a third army.

35.jpg

Winter comes and elite Sidhe troops level up. Archers get jack shit.

36.jpg

Next update: Second Army prove themselves.

ywa.jpg
Err, Sir Dagonet. I don't think we have to fight this battle.

luc.jpg
And why not?

ywa.jpg
I am not one to be cautious, but this army...is quite strong.

01.jpg

dag.jpg
Hush, child. Let the adults do the talking now.

bed.jpg
I know you are trying to prove yourselves as knights, but this foolishness of yours...

luc.jpg
Did you not hear? Sir Kay's army massacred hundreds last seasons and only lost barely twenty of his soldiers!

dag.jpg
Exactly! The men's morale is at its peak! We must capitalize. If we stay underneath their shadows, these soldiers will never gain experience!

ywa.jpg
I cannot help but think this is a simple glory-mongering.

bed.jpg
Do as you wish, just bear the consequences should anything go wrong, Commander.

dag.jpg
Very well. Attack!

We're not facing light-weights this time around.
02.jpg

King's Guards are top tier Knight unit, right at the end of the tech tree.

03.jpg

Deepwood Archers fire two arrows at once and deals 300% damage from ambushes.

I'm just trying to test my theory whether Sidhe Roads is broken...or if my main army hero is just broken.

04.jpg

Five VPs. Three closer to the enemy. Nothing of note. We'll take two and employ Sidhe Roads to prevent their capture of the third. Hopefully a battle of attrition can drop their morale low enough before their army can crush the mid-tier Springborns

05.jpg

dag.jpg

Their army looks menacing.

bed.jpg

We need to tackle their archers. We cannot engage them in the open.

ywa.jpg
Our Sidhe magic can get us close enough, but we need the right place and the right time.

06.jpg

luc.jpg
That forest looks perfect.

dag.jpg
Indeed it is. Bedivere, Lucan, Ywain. You know what to do.

bed.jpg
On my mark, comrades.

ywa.jpg
May the Old Faith protects us all.

bed.jpg
Now!

07.jpg

Dozens of Springborns appeared instantly, sending the enemy into disarray. Blades drawn, the forests serve as their ally.

luc.jpg
For King Arthur!

ywa.jpg
Perish!

luc.jpg
BURN!

09.jpg

Dagonet spotted the lightning and flames from a distance. The cries of agony spread throughout the battlefield.

dag.jpg
It's time.

He places His hand onto the Shrine of Avalon and channel the weather magic.

10.jpg

With the storm raging, the Deepwoods archer would be less accurate. They are already hesitant to fire at their own allies. Dagonet smiled and rode forth towards the Enchanted Spring in the middle of the battlefield.

11.jpg

He spotted a group of Heavy Pikemen marching towards the Spring and flicked his finger.

12.jpg

dag.jpg
WEDGE FORMATION!

13.jpg

dag.jpg
Charge!

luc.jpg
This isn't too hard...

bed.jpg
We have not faced their elite knights yet.

ywa.jpg
Sir Bedivere's right...We must keep our momentum.

Another lightning bolt struck the enemy column as Sir Ywain unleashed another spell.

14.jpg

dag.jpg
This spring is ours!

15.jpg

luc.jpg
Burn!

16.jpg

The Saxon Riders proved to be very useful in flanking and capturing VP. We have 3 to 1 advantage. We trigger another storm with the second shrine to give our Springborn an extra push.

17.jpg

18.jpg

dag.jpg
Tsk, looks like our archers are getting bored...

19.jpg

luc.jpg
My powers are depleted...how is the enemy?

bed.jpg
Keep fighting. They'll break soon.

20.jpg

We backed off a bit to regroup. The Springborn has nowhere to run and no mana to teleport back.

21.jpg

23.jpg

Sir Dagonet's Saxon Riders continue to flank and trade VP. Meanwhile the enemy starts his charge at our archer columns.

22.jpg

The enemy cast Fog of Avalon to give their riders more time to close in, but Sir Dagonet has Dragon's Eye.

24.jpg

Our Springborns starts to get overwhelmed and suffer casualties from prolonged battle.

25.jpg

But overall situation is favorable. They held their ground and we capped 4 VPs. The big blow came when they start charging in with elite knights.

26.jpg

I got a little bored of waiting for enemy and used an idle brigand to lure a cavalry unit closer.

27.jpg

Sir Lucan is near his limit.

28.jpg

Looks like the enemy pulled a Dragon Strike. The enemy cavalry took the bait and met our arrows and Knight charge. We suffer moderate losses from trampling.

29.jpg

Sir Lucan made it out.

30.jpg

Errr....victory..but high cost..Heh.

32.jpg

33.jpg

dag.jpg
Well. That was exciting.

bed.jpg
We need to work better in the future.

luc.jpg
We've gained a lot of experience. I'd say we gained more than we've lost.

ywa.jpg
We're fortunate this day, you barely survived.

dag.jpg
Let's not dwell too much on that. Let's replenish our forces so we can battle again soon.

34.jpg

DLC piece acquired. 3K Hp amulet Potential. +3 Fight, +1 Cleave +2 Spell Weaving. Awesome.

We finished research on Longbow. A little beefier, but not much of an improvement to be honest.

35.jpg

OK let's try another exhibition battle:
36.jpg

Fuck strategy. Let's go Dynasty Warrior route.
37.jpg

bal.jpg
HORSE STEAK!!!!!

38.jpg

39.jpg

40.jpg

bal.jpg
More?

bor.jpg
Errr, behind you.

41.jpg

bal.jpg
Oh.

42.jpg

Balin cooly turns around and lazily burns another dozen while he cleaves horses.

43.jpg

bor.jpg
This is an absolute slaughter.

bal.jpg
Heh, they looked so tired too. Sir Kay's aura of fear is affecting them.

44.jpg

45.jpg

46.jpg

kay.jpg
Another one for the record.

gar.jpg
Bloody horrifying if you ask me.

bal.jpg
I can already see it. We're the Unfuckwithables of Round Table.

bor.jpg
Heard Dagonet's upstarts started a fight the other day. Lost around hundred.

bal.jpg
Kids want to have fun too, eh? Let him.

kay.jpg
They'll need the experience. Let us move on.

The Mega Weekend Update continues! Let's finish this so I can get to Lionheart!

00.jpg

bal.jpg
A witch? I say we slaughter her and move on.

bor.jpg
We may be able to persuade her to join us.

gar.jpg
Eh, I'm not sure about that. I mean, it's nice to have another Knight and all...but a witch?

kay.jpg
We shan't discriminate.

01.jpg

kay.jpg
Tell us what you know.

02.jpg

kay.jpg
How dare you?! Guards!

03.jpg

kay.jpg
Good...let's not waste time with these giants.

04.jpg

kay.jpg
No turning back.

05.jpg

06.jpg

kay.jpg
Christians? No, milady. Let us do the honor.

07.jpg

Pathetic. Lionhearts? Knights, Crusaders et cetera.

They're no match to the combined might of Sir Balin and Sir Bors.
08.jpg

09.jpg

To hell with this map. Our starting march is slowed by the marsh. And the enemy has mobility advantage....except...

10.jpg

bor.jpg
I bet they won't fire at us when we're attacking their commander.

bal.jpg
Heh, let's slaughter them.

11.jpg

12.jpg

Good going. No VP for enemy.
13.jpg

A few curses to whittle down the archers.
14.jpg

Tadaa.
15.jpg

gar.jpg
Heh. Pathetic, meet your makers.

16.jpg

17.jpg

Lady Fiona joins us. She's a Sage with decent skill picks. I'll move her to Dagonet's Army as I assemble the third.
18.jpg

Meanwhile at Camelot...

king.jpg
I understand Sir Kay and his companions are absent, but I know I could count on the rest of my knights.

dag.jpg
What is it that troubles you, my liege?

king.jpg
Tis' terrible news...on top of the Samhain threat.. The Welsh...they've declared war on us.

19.jpg

This triggers if you either refuse to pay tribute, or let the Sir Caradoc quest expire, like I did. If Sir Caradoc joins the Round Table, one of Welsh province will join you, while the other two rebel.

luc.jpg
! That is...

dag.jpg
Regrettable.

bed.jpg
Sire, with your permission then?

king.jpg
Yes. March to their lands and crush them all.

20.jpg

The King rose and withdrew from the Round Table, leaving the knights behind.

ywa.jpg
How unexpected.

dag.jpg
YES! Bless the Old Faith!

luc.jpg
It's time, brothers! FINALLY! A war! JUST FOR US!

bed.jpg
Sigh.

ywa.jpg
Madmen.

dag.jpg
We march today! To Wales!

And so the Welsh-Briton alliance was dissolved, Sir Dagonet and his band of knights marched westwards in defense of Camelot.

So today I've bought a physical copy of the game. Can I obtain the same DLC content you have? I'm saying it 'cause I bought the game with the special FX Edition but it doesn't mention anything about downloable content...

Flying Spaghetti Monster said:
This LP got me playing the game again... Those ghost battles are fucking tough.

Just don't send shitty units against them and they stop being tough. At first I thought that 'MORE UNITS = BETTER' and just sent like a gazillion breakshields against them, and then wondered why the fuck the ghosts refuse to die, while my guys get mowed down (hello, lifestealing aura). Send single good squads against them and your problems are gone.

Breakshields & most infantry are painful to watch when they're on the move. I think the game has issues when you start having to battle really mobile armies or those capable of crazy magic plus ranged stacks.

And since you mentioned how 'fearsome' these ghosts are, I saw fit to demonstrate how fucked up an unprepared army is going to be when they face ghosts.

01.jpg

So, we should be able to take on the ghost army with our secondary troops right?

02.jpg

It's night, we're going to make a grab for that mid VP. And focus our battle on the center.

03.jpg

What's that cloud? To hell with that, onward!

04.jpg

Ok, teleport two infantry and flank! 2 v 1 , no problem!

05.jpg

OK Something hit Sir Bedivere...He's down to 40% HP.

06.jpg

Not good on the VP front.

07.jpg

Can't seem to make progress in the centre VP. What the hell is wrong?

08.jpg

Fuck it, cavalry. Wedge formation!

09.jpg

Welp.

10.jpg

Bedivere's gonna teleport to the northwest VP and withdraw from combat.

11.jpg

Why aren't we killing these ghosts yet?!

12.jpg

Shit. Ywain's injured. DRAGON STRIKE!

13.jpg

Uh oh. enemy activated Cleave and Lifestealer.

14.jpg

We're so fucked.

15.jpg

What is hitting them? Is that the smoke coming out of the ghost units?!

16.jpg

17.jpg

Sonuvabitch...gotta turn this around quick...back off to the archers.

18.jpg

Fucking hell. It's night. We can't see shit...

And we're about to get owned.

19.jpg

What the fuck just happened?

21.jpg

22.jpg

Lack of magic resistance, and the amount of lifesteals brought them back to full health. Definitely need quality > quantity.

And that's why Ghosts are dangerous.

I got slight bonus to my spring / summerborns during day i think.
At least I won't get caught off guard at night, and archers can shoot back at max range instead of firing a volley then dying en masse to the life drain.

I'm speculating that ghosts are stronger at night anyway, cause i never really got the chance to examine their unit description that would tell you which weather/terrain do they get stronger in.

2 Units of Wargs joined us with Lady Fiona.
01.jpg

They're faster than any unit in the game and pack a punch. Stronger at night, these guys can tear up archers at alarming rate. Too bad I forgot to bring them along, and that left them halfway across the world map, forcing me to dismiss them.

Sir Dagonet starts the war with Wales with an easy conquest.
02.jpg

Wales army tend to be more balanced than Saxons. Their infantry possess magic resistance and armor piercing capability. Welsh bowmen are deadly, but very fragile. But the most annoying feature of Welsh army is their knight magical abilities like Curse of Shadows that can tear up archers if I still use standard engagement plans.

Good thing we went Old faith, eh? :smug:

The next battle is a little more challenging.
03.jpg

Only one unit of archers? Prepare for rape.
04.jpg

dag.jpg
Looks like they have all the strategic points.

luc.jpg
It is of little consequence. Our forces are superior.

05.jpg

bed.jpg
We can overwhelm them in melee. Their archers are few. We may not control the battlefield, but the lion's share of kill is guaranteed to be ours. Just get the rest of the army on the move while us three strike ahead.

ywa.jpg
Let us go.

dag.jpg
Indeed.

A storm brew from Sir Dagonet's hands as the Summerborns invoked the Sidhe Roads. Upon appearing, their blades flash as flames and lightning erupted on the battlefield.
06.jpg

bed.jpg
Give them no quarter!

07.jpg

Sir Dagonet rode onward and unleash another Lightning Bolt.

08.jpg

Battlefield VP control doesn't matter at this point. The alpha strike proved too potent.
09.jpg

10.jpg

11.jpg

That horn will be useful to cut down recruitment costs.

Multiple victories are recorded and prisoners taken. The war started poorly for the Welsh.
12.jpg

Sir Kay is forced to delay his army to deal with another matter.
13.jpg

bal.jpg
We should put down this mad dog.

gar.jpg
Maybe there is a way to help him?

kay.jpg
I don't really know. Perhaps will a little persuasion we could recruit him into our army.

bor.jpg
Sir Cedric is a formidable warrior before this. I think his mind is a little unhinged, but skill remains sharp.

I really liked his skill set. He is a perfect Champion.
Rank 4 Cleave 5 enemies
Rank 4 Mighty Blow +100% Hero Dmg when Cleaving
Rank 4 Cleave +100% Atk Spd boost.
Rank 3 Breathstealer to leech life from his victims

14.jpg

kay.jpg
A little crazy goes a long way. We need that third army if we want to mount mulitple campaigns.

bal.jpg
As you wish.

Lady Fiona joins Sir Dagonet and swap positions with Sir Bedivere to add more sagely powers to the line up.
15.jpg

dag.jpg
That's a lot of archers.

ywa.jpg
Allow me to welcome you to the army, Lady Fiona.

fio.jpg
Thank you, Ywain.

luc.jpg
Well someone's not wasting time.

ywa.jpg
I meant nothing by my remark.

dag.jpg
Focus on the fight, gentle..err..knights...ladies..Whatever.

16.jpg

3 VP on our side of the river. 4 on theirs. Let's grab 3 and see what happens. Their Welsh archers could be deadly.

17.jpg

Sir Dagonet sniped a few archers. These guys are really fragile.
18.jpg

A lone Welsh pikemen marched towards the lone VP at SW. Let's intercept.

19.jpg

dag.jpg
Milady, it's your turn to shine.

fio.jpg
They shall perish.

ywa.jpg
I shall assist.

fio.jpg
Do whatever you like.

20.jpg

fio.jpg
Fools.

21.jpg

ywa.jpg
Hum, it does not seem you need my assistance. Heh. Well done.

22.jpg

VP majority achieved.
23.jpg

Another infantry meets the same fate as the last when they attempt to take the southwest VP.
24.jpg

Giant ice spikes impaled them from the ground, their blood frozen.

ywa.jpg
Cold as ice.

26.jpg

27.jpg

28.jpg

ywa.jpg
Those look vulnerable. Shall we?

fio.jpg
Move, maggot.

We sent Sir Lucan into the fray and locked down all the Welsh archer groups.

29.jpg

Damn Welsh archers have to be silenced. Let's finish this.

30.jpg

31.jpg

32.jpg

Most of the losses are from brigands who strayed too close to the river, the enemy knights cursed them.

The next battle is easier than before.
33.jpg

Our combined magical powers proved too strong to resist.
34.jpg

35.jpg

36.jpg

Our third army is formed under the command of Sir Bedivere.
37.jpg

Sir Cedric, who has same generic photo of Sir Lucan joins him and the Green Knight. A bunch of reserve units from previous wars were put together.

bed.jpg
So haphazard. But I suppose rapid military campaigns demands no less.

gre.jpg
HUMAN-BEDIVERE. GREEN KNIGHT SERVE UNDER YOU.

bed.jpg
The honor is mine, Old One.

ced.jpg
I..I'm glad to be here.

bed.jpg
And you are the infamous Sir Cedric? You seem nervous.

ced.jpg
It's..it's nothing. I'm okay.

bed.jpg
Strange. I can sense power behind his eyes..yet he carries himself like a weakling.

gre.jpg
CEDRIC IS ONE OF TWO. BATTLE WILL AWAKEN HIM.

bed.jpg
Very well. The knowledge of Sidhe Roads is not yet granted to Sir Cedric, so I will give him command of knights to move faster. Strike hard and fast. I and the Green Knight will hit them first, with you following close behind us.

ced.jpg
It shall be done, Sir.

bed.jpg
These Unseelie Warriors will serve us well. As for the rest of the infantry, let's just hope they're not needed.

38.jpg

gre.jpg
HUMAN BEDIVERE, OPPOSITION.

bed.jpg
Follow my lead. Cedric, stand strong.

39.jpg

Looks like 2 v 2 VP. I let Cedric advance a little first before teleporting Bedivere and Green. Our infantry gets caught in a Curse of Shadows as they advance.

40.jpg

bed.jpg
Now!

gre.jpg
ACKNOWLEDGED

41.jpg

gre.jpg
FROZEN DEATH

42.jpg

bed.jpg
Now to keep them busy while Cedric charge in...

43.jpg

44.jpg

ced.jpg
Ah! Enemy cavalry surrounded us!

A blade struck him, and Cedric went silent.

ced.jpg
WOUND ME , DID YOU?

46.jpg

ced.jpg
WHAT INSOLENCE! STAND ASIDE!

47.jpg

gre.jpg
HUMAN CEDRIC SECOND SELF APPEARS

bed.jpg
Impressive. Such bloodlust...I sense life-draining magic.

48.jpg

ced.jpg
BLOOD FOR BLOOD!

49.jpg

A correctly built champion with Breathstealing and maxed out Cleave passives CANNOT be killed. His HP never drops since he drained 5 soldiers at the same time!

50.jpg

ced.jpg
HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE CONSUMED?!

51.jpg

52.jpg

53.jpg

bed.jpg
Cedric, are you all right?

ced.jpg
I...I am fine. Did we win?

gre.jpg
HUMAN CEDRIC, WELCOME BACK.

bed.jpg
Best keep this secret from him, Old One.

gre.jpg
IN AGREEMENT, HUMAN BEDIVERE.

I love the riverdale map (the one with 7 points). It's the most easily exploitable. Just cap your 3 points, let them cap their 4, the morale drain is negligible, so you're free to just whack all their archers with spells (bonus points if you have mana-regen artifacts) and then advance with no problems.

Just tried out the Saxon DLC campaign. Lots of difference. Less scripted quest events and more of a sandbox. And recruiting heroes aren't as easy as the original campaign.

I'm a quite pleased with the additional features they made, while some of the diplomacy options and sabotage are quite simplistic, it felt like a great expansion.

Also, no more Sidhe Roads lmao. I'll try to finish the original campaign asap with overpowered heroes. But the Saxon campaign reminded me what life is like without shortcuts and less magic options.

As the war against Wales continues, Sir Bedivere gathers his ragtag army and assaults another army. The odds look even. The army of Wales are being led by four of their officers.

This battle is going to be slightly difficult, but I am confident we will emerge victorious once more.

ced.jpg
Should we not rest a bit and recover our strength.

bed.jpg
Have a little faith, Sir Cedric, the new Raven Guards will provide us with a little bit of muscle up front. I and the Green Knight will hold them as long as we can while you and the rest of the army advance.

gre.jpg
HAVE FAITH, HUMAN.

ced.jpg
I'll do my best.

02.jpg

This map doesn't really offer much place to hide. I'm just glad I have 2 VP closer to cap. Our light cavalry will play VP capture while the rest hit their main body with all we got.

Their army has two welsh archers at their core. Those are the only ranged units we need to worry about. Wipe out those two and the rest should crumble.

Sir Bedivere and Green Knight will wait for Cedric to march out and get closer. But the enemy snipes Sir Cedric's knights with Dragon's Breath, knocking out 7 knights instantly.

This is why I really hate using Knights, they're just too slow and too vulnerable to magic. And what's worse, they're damn expensive to replace! Deciding not to wait for another Dragon's Breath, I commence the Sidhe Roads castings.

ced.jpg
I've lost several of my men!

bed.jpg
Best not let them cast another, then.

gre.jpg
WE GO.

05.jpg

bed.jpg
There, we've got their archers!

gre.jpg
ENEMY APPROACHES. SHARDS UNLEASHED.

06.jpg

gre.jpg
ASSAULTING ENEMY LEADER.

07.jpg

ced.jpg
I'm almost...there...

08.jpg

gre.jpg
I HAVE DEFEATED MY QUARRY.

09.jpg

ced.jpg
BRING FORTH THE PAIN!

10.jpg

bed.jpg
Excellent! Even the Raven Guards are unharmed! This is going better than I expected.

11.jpg

gre.jpg
ENEMY LEADER...SURROUNDED.

bed.jpg
He's done for. Our infantry will mow him down.

12.jpg

I underestimated this guy. The AI taught me a cheese tactic. First he gathers all of my infantry in one spot and casts magic immunity..then...

He curse of shadows on the spot.

bed.jpg
Horrific.

14.jpg

Yep. 180 infantry died to one cast. This game really needs balancing at mid-game onward where spells just goes broken and Old Faith turns the whole archer fear into a joke.

15.jpg

After the battle, the rotting corpses of the men piled high. Sir Bedivere eyed the aftermath warily. Sir Cedric is nowhere to be seen.

bed.jpg
Where could he be?

gre.jpg
HE IS IN MUCH GRIEF. THERE.

Cedric knelt next to a moaning soldier, the soldier is just one of the many greatly disfigured by the dark magics. It seemed to be the man's final moments.

ced.jpg
I...I am sorry.

bed.jpg
Cedric, he's gone.

ced.jpg
I know that.

bed.jpg
It's not your fault.

ced.jpg
WRONG! I SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO TOOK THEM ON! I WOULD'VE LIVED!

bed.jpg
We had no way of knowing...

ced.jpg
To hell with this.

bed.jpg
Where are you going?

ced.jpg
To kill those Welsh bastards myself!

You're better off without those footmen anyway. They're useless and just leech resources at this point.
