I really doubt they choose to give up western branch entirely like that. Despite recent catastrophe, it's one of the only two Japanese publishers that has established western studios and IPs (the other is Sega. Oh Nintendo and Sony are exceptions). Heavy restructuring is more likely, and that probably will accompany selling of few things, but the entirety? Highly doubtful.

(Also I'll say this again: funny that Hitman developer IOI landed a grander deal that is a James Bond game after escaping the grasp of Square Enix.)
