... and Castrations. So it apparently includes all important RPG elements, according to the rating info of ESRB.

This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of Geralt, a monster slayer who must hunt down an assassin to clear his own name. As players complete quests, they use swords and magic spells to kill enemy soldiers and fantastical creatures (e.g., specters, harpies, spider-like monsters) in melee-style combat; attacks are often accompanied by slashing sounds and screams of pain. Blood-splatter effects occur when enemies are hit, and damage sometimes results in dismemberment or decapitation—blood stains and body parts occasionally appear in the environment. Other cutscenes depict gore and more intense acts of violence: a close-up view of a severed head; a restrained woman's eyes getting gouged out (off-screen); a character being castrated (not depicted) before his throat is slit. During the course of the game, some female characters are depicted topless; there is also a fleeting image of pubic hair as a woman dives into the water. Players can initiate brief cutscene sequences that depict varying degrees of sexual activity: a topless woman rocking on top of man; a man caressing a woman's back; a man pushing up against a woman's posterior—sexual moaning sounds can be heard, though the camera cuts away from explicit sexual acts. Some sequences depict a cocaine-like substance being cut into lines; another scene shows a man's back as he snorts the substance. Language such as 'f**k,' 'sh*t,' and 'c*nt' can be heard in the dialogue.

I wonder how much people who write this get paid.

Its effects are reportedly best when it's applied there. But it can be applied through the nose or to the gums too. In fact this is how it is most often taken.

They have? I thought they just receive a list with the worst bits of a game, slap a rating on it and go home.

Though its funny how the Mature games look childish when you read about their naughty parts all at once, like this. Compare with Super Mario Galaxy 2, and then wonder which one an adult would touch.

This is a platformer game in which players run, jump, and fly across galaxies to collect stars and to save Princess Peach. Players use an assortment of moves and power-ups—jumps, spin attacks, fireballs, turtle shells—to defeat tiny creatures inhabiting the themed galaxies. Some enemies crumble into pieces when jumped on, get momentarily stunned, or make 'popping' sounds when attacked.

I wish there was an youtube video condensing all the listed things. "Witcher 2 in 30 seconds".

This is an action-adventure role-playing game in which players assume the role of a warrior who completes quests in a mythical land. Players use swords, bows and arrows, and magical spells (e.g., fireballs, energy beams) to defeat human-like enemies and fantasy creatures (e.g., giant spiders, demons, ogres, golems). Attacks are often accompanied by slashing sounds, large explosions, and cries of pain. Blood splatter effects occur when enemies are hit, and damage sometimes results in dismemberment or decapitation—blood stains and body parts occasionally appear in the environment. In one cutscene, a man's severed head is held up then tossed to the ground. During the course of the game, characters sometimes engage in sexual dialogue (e.g., 'Why is it always about sex with you?' and 'Sailing is like sex. Do it wrong, and it'll make you sick.'). Players can also initiate brief cutscene sequences in which couples (male-female or same-sex) are shown kissing and embracing one another in a bedroom as the screen fades to black. In one cutscene, a woman kneels in front of a male character and appears to perform fellatio—there is no depiction of the sex act; the camera pans out to the rest of the room. The words 'a*s,' 'bastard,' and 'sh*t' appear in dialogue.

This is an action role-playing game, set in a post-apocalyptic Mojave Desert, in which players assume the role of a survivor hero who investigates a mystery and performs a series of quests. Missions allow players to explore the Mojave Desert, surrounding casinos, and abandoned facilities; other quests involve combat with human and mutant survivors. Players use chainsaws, laser rifles, knives, and sledgehammers to kill enemies. Fighting can be frenetic and intense, highlighted by various camera effects (e.g., slow motion, blurring, screen shakes) and depictions of dismemberment, blood spray, and blood trails. In one sequence, players can choose to activate a collar bomb around a slave-woman's neck, resulting in depictions of blood and gore. During the course of the game, players will encounter male and female prostitutes: the screen fades to black as suggestive dialogue is heard in the background (e.g., 'Nice charlies, too! Give them a shake for the Ben-man, will ya?'); there is also an extended sequence suggesting (no depiction) sexual activity with a robot (e.g., 'Fisto reporting for duty . . . Please assume the position,' 'I suppose I should test you out . . . Servos active!' and 'Something wrong with someone if they got to f**k a machine.'). The storyline sometimes references a fictional drug called 'chems,' as well as 'Day Trippers,' 'cracked out junkies,' and 'degenerate, drug-addicted killers.' Players' Character can be seen consuming the drugs, which sometimes leads to a screen-blurring effect.

If you go to ripten.com or VE3D (Voodoo Extreme), you'll see some nsfw screenshots, showing among others Geralt with Triss. Triss is laying naked, topless, nipples shown, Geralt is laying next to her (or shoud that by lying? ), also naked. This is very artfully and skilfully done and much better done than Bioware's (unvoluntary hilarius) romance & sex scenes in Draggon Age: Origins.

Well, ok I suppose ESRB doesn't actually give a fuck what the fans say, but it's still funny seeing fans complain about them.

BTW, these ESRB game descriptions could be a fun game trying to identify.

This is a horror-adventure game in which players assume the role of a man attempting to recover from self-induced amnesia. From a first-person perspective, players navigate castle environments, solve puzzles, and avoid zombie-like creatures. When players are attacked, splashes of blood appear on-screen; large bloodstains and pools of blood are also visible in some areas. Players can encounter human corpses lying on the ground: some are nude with visible male genitalia, while others are decapitated or dismembered (e.g., bloody torsos, severed arms). The word 'sh*t' appears in the dialogue.

But it seems like only modern games have full descriptions or maybe games that have had a re-release?

EDIT:

This is a first-person shooter in which players assume the role of an agent sent to a special zone area to investigate an operation gone awry. As players move through abandoned buildings and deserted facilities, they shoot at several soldiers, aliens, and mutant dogs. Realistic guns and rifles are used to kill enemies from long range (periscope views on mutant dogs) and up-close (shots to soldiers' heads). Blood splatters from injured enemies and may pool on the ground; in one scene, a man writhing in pain on the floor can be shot dead. During the course of the game, players' character is able to drink alcohol and feel its effects: vision becomes blurry and foggy; the agent has trouble walking straight. Spoken dialogue contains profanity such as 'sh*t,' 'c*cksucker,' 'a*shole,' and 'b*tch.'

This is a role-playing game in which players control a high school student who enters a mystical 'TV World, ' saves lost souls who are trapped on the 'Midnight Channel,' and establishes bonds with town characters in order to develop 'Personas.' Personas, which are summoned through the use of tarot cards, are creatures that can perform special offensive and defensive moves to aid during battles against monsters. Combat is turn-based with numeric values and light effects indicating attack/damage inflicted. Pixilated blood spray is briefly depicted during battles, and colored bloodstains stain some walls and floors. Some female monsters (female Persona) are depicted with their breasts exposed, while other monsters have phallic-shaped heads and torsos. Other female Personas (e.g., 'Succubus') have sexual characteristics that are described in text: 'They visit sleeping men and have sexual intercourse with them.' Story elements also make references to alcohol, including a long scene in which the main characters hang out in a club and play 'drinking games.' Although alcohol is never consumed, the characters display the telltale signs of intoxication: slurred speech, staggered walking, and red faces. Profanity (e.g., sh*t, a*shole) can be heard in the dialogue.

edit:

This is a massively multiplayer online (MMO) game in which players fight against or alongside demons in the post-apocalyptic (fictional) outskirts of Tokyo, Japan. Players emerge from metallic bunkers to explore dungeons and barren city-wastelands, negotiate/form alliances with demons, and complete quests that often involve killing creatures or other human players. Swords, hammers, rifles, shotguns, and magic can be used to battle anime-style enemies in real-time combat. Although the majority of attacks are somewhat fantastical (e.g., spiraling lines, wispy plumes of colored smoke, cascades of light and energy), the use of realistic firearms intensifies the level of violence. So do the depictions of blood.

Some attacks produce large patches of blood that suddenly appear under defeated creatures, then evaporate in seconds. And thin clouds of blood 'spiral' in front of injured players, trail their backward motion, then disappear just as quickly. Throughout the game, players are able to customize their characters' appearance and may select outfits that are somewhat revealing; for example, several leather, 'strappy' pieces expose deep cleavage or portions of lower breasts and buttocks. A few female demons are also scantily clad, hovering in bondage-style outfits, half-open blouses, or the tightest of short-shorts.

This is a role-playing game (RPG) in which players assume the role of high school students that battle demons in their hometown. Players traverse through dungeons, negotiate with enemies, and enter turn-based battles with an assortment of demons, zombies, spirits, and slimes. Players can use conventional weapons (e.g., swords, spears, and firearms) or summon demons called 'Personas' to perform magic spells against enemies. There are a number of demons/characters in the game that appear sexually suggestive: A silver-skinned demon's breasts are exposed; a phallic-shaped demon bursts out of a character' stomach; butterfly and spider creatures briefly expose portions of their buttocks. In one sequence, a character attempts to seduce another person by saying, 'Oooh, my chest is sore . . . Maybe if you gave it a little rub . . .' During the course of the game, players can enter a casino and wager virtual money on games of video Blackjack, slots, and poker. Profanity (e.g., 'sh*t,' 'a*shole,' and 'd*ckweed') occasionally appears in the dialogue.

This is a role-playing game in which players control either a male or female student who teams up with other high-school students to unravel the mystery behind a tower called Tartarus. Players interact with classmates, teachers, and various town characters on their way to solving the mystery. Players can summon 'Personas,' which are creatures that can perform special offensive and defensive moves to aid during battles against monsters. Combat is turn-based with numeric values and light effects indicating damage. Some sequences depict characters summoning Personas by shooting themselves in the head with a gun-like device (an Evoker); however, glass shards materialize through the exit wound. Bloodstains are sometimes depicted on walls, the ground, and on the sides of Tartarus. Female creatures (female Personas) occasionally are depicted topless or with revealing costumes; male creatures have phallic-shaped heads and torsos. Story elements contain references to 'Rampant Sexuality' and characters that make 'sexual advances.' The words 'sh*t,' 'a*s,' and 'b*tch' appear in the dialogue.

I can only imagine what those ESRB people think when rating Megaten games.

No one got mine? Often times they use the name right in the description without using it as the title like in CK's I can only assume the first one is "Personas" the ever talked about japanese game?

I like this:
This is a stealth-based action game in which players assume the role of Snake, an elite soldier investigating a military presence in the jungles of Costa Rica. Players engage in various missions by sneaking past guards, incapacitating enemy soldiers with a tranquilizer gun, and performing hand-to-hand takedowns in close-quarter combat. Players can also use machine guns, pistols, and rockets to kill enemy soldiers and destroy vehicles and robots. When enemies are shot, a brief red particle effect is displayed. Black-and-white comic book-style cutscenes sometimes depict instances of torture: The central character is repeatedly shocked by electric rods; the silhouette of a tortured soldier depicts red blood dripping from his nose and mouth. Players can also engage in extra missions ('extra ops') that involve dating either a male or female character: Players can take pictures of their female dates in bikinis, touch a character's breasts, or lie on top of him or her on the beach. If players enter a cardboard box ('Love Pack'), a rustling motion and moaning sounds occur. During the course of the game, characters reference drugs in dialogue (e.g., 'drug refining plant,' 'drug money,' and 'narcotics plant'); words such as 'bullsh*t' and 'b*tch' can also be heard.

That's because it sounds pretty generic. Some Stalker title, maybe?

The first one must be Silent Hill (except for the "first-person" part...Amnesia, maybe? Obscure also fits, I think), and the last one is a Metal Gear Solid title (Peace Walker, but I only found out after looking it up)

Second one is STALKER CoP and the first is Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Yeah, the other one is Metal Gear which I more or less stumbled upon and liked the idea of sex in cardboard boxes.

Resident Evil 5

This is a role-playing game in which players pit their collection of small creatures (known as Pokémon) against other trainers to become a Pokémon master. During each turn-based battle, players select fantasy-based attacks (e.g., Fire Blast, Scratch, and various energy strikes) from a series of menus. Battles are accompanied by smacking or zapping sounds, blinking effects, small bursts of light, and the depletion of health meters. One Pokémon is depicted with mucous dripping from its nose; another skunk-like creature emits colorful gaseous clouds described as 'horribly smelly.'

Lol. Why is that notable?

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World is a fantasy role-playing game in which players control a group of adventurers who learn to master fearsome powers in battle while seeking justice for evil acts committed against them. The fighters encounter various foes and creatures along their journey and must defeat them in real-time combat using myriad weapons and attacks (e.g., swords, knives, magic-based attacks). During cutscenes, several characters joke or remark about the breast size of two of the female members of the party (e.g., one is called an 'ironing board,' while the other is called 'Jubblies'). Dialogue also includes suggestive references such as 'peeping' and being a 'limp noodle' around a beautiful woman. Players can enter a pub with 'wine' signage and can purchase 'Palma Potion,' the wine of the fictional town. Moderate profanity (e.g., 'b*tch' and 'bastard') can be heard during gameplay and cutscenes.

Tales of Vesperia is an action role-playing game in which players control a group of fighters whose mission is to retrieve a stolen technology that a city relies upon. The fighters encounter various foes along their journey and must defeat them using turn-based magic attacks as well as weapon attacks with swords, knives or whips. Red blood is seen briefly when certain enemies are slashed or injured during cutscenes. Several characters joke or remark about the physiques of two of the female members of the party. One is referred to as 'flat-chested,' while the other is called 'Miss Bouncy-Bouncy.' One sequence involves dressing up to seduce a guard away from his post. Players can enter taverns and encounter townspeople who slur their speech when ordering drinks, and alcohol is specifically referenced in latter parts of the game (e.g., 'Is this crate booze bottles?'). Moderate profanity (e.g., 'ass,' 'bastard') can be heard during gameplay and cutscenes.

So the Tales series has a running gag on breast sizes...didn't notice.
