how u gonna fight in a pair of fucking sandals?
Should be a dude in the marketplace with the info. As I recall, the guy that actually supplies them will not show up unless you talk to the guy in the marketplace first, which is sort of dumb.Any clue about who's supplying the ore mine? (you can mention it to an inkeeper, but I haven't found anyone else)
it's ok. I buried them.
but I'm still figuring out a way to take out Cassius without investing in combat
alright, I really need to take a break from this game, but I want to do one more playthrough!
this time I want to:
-do the arch (whatever happens, I know you need ghost hand, mechanical eye, power armor(? or was it that other armor?)... do I need to have the power armor fully powered? (3 tubes + 3 tubes for ghost hand)
-make the bridge of light at the dead river
I was thinking of making a thief with 4/4/4/10/10/8 so I can have access to the temple district in maadoran w/o having to fight the thugs.
another thing I haven't done is gone to the temple from zamedi. do you think there is any way I can do that with this character? (I know I'll be reloading to do the bridge of light) I probably can't kill the demon at inferiae for his heart... would need to get the thing from gaelius somehow
I reached the chosen one ending by never denying that I was the chosen one and simply continuing the merchant questline (supporting Meru) until I reached the Temple. Then I headed down into the main chamber (using crafting to get past the sentinels without a fight), raised and opened the god's coffin, and talked to him. There should be a (chosen one) option to ask him to give his power to you instead of someone else. The vote thing happens afterward at the very end, though as I mentioned in the bugs thread, it didn't work quite right for me, so I still haven't finished that playthrough. How do I advance the chosen one plot? Someone in the other thread said something about votes but after passing the check at miracles I found no other option other than continuing the merchant questline.
Unless it's been changed in a patch since my second playthrough, the requirements areHow do I advance the chosen one plot? Someone in the other thread said something about votes but after passing the check at miracles I found no other option other than continuing the merchant questline.
Also, how to continue the quest where guards are chasing some guy in Ganezzar?
EDIT:
Also, what stats are needed for godhood. Someone in this thread mentioned 7 int and con but I've heard somewhere else that you need 10 con.
Space-bar, IIRC.By the way, how do you force-attack someone? I feel like I figured it out once, but for the life of me I can't remember now.
Stealth is also an option to get the Aegis Armor in Al'akia. Though a non-combat thief is bound to have lockpick. Also I would advise you to have less perception and more dex/str. You can climb a few places and get extra content/sp that way. Maybe 4/8/4/8/9/7 ? The power armor only gives combat benefits so you may skip it entirely, or give it away for an extra tube if you have impersonate and streetwise and asked for a reward before accepting the first quest.
As for Zamedi, I don't think Gaius will accept help from a Thief. But you can enter inferiea and skip the demon with stealth, then you can overload the generator and cook the whole village along with the demon, even earning their prestige (but not body count) as if defeated in combat. And some loot ofc. Then you're free to use inferia portal whenever you like.
Thanks for the tips all. Are we sure that a thief can get to Al Akia? I've only played one once, and I don't remember being able to do much with Meru.
Which Background allows you to talk to Militades more?
Okay guys I finally started a game. I really wanted to be a badass so I went shield + spear because I want to look like a fucking Roman Legionnaire (block + spear). I went Loremaster because I like lore in games, and I added couple of useful stuff to be able to advanced the plot (Lore + Persuasion + Streetwise), and also a crafting as I've heard its useful (Alchemy).
Do you think this would work well as a build ? My stats are (on top of my head) 9 Str, 6 Dex, 4 Cons, 6 Per, 9 Int, 7 Char. Something like that. Anything I should invest it ? Should I go huge armor with that build, or medium to get some AP ?
