Alright fair enough
Damn, that thing still alive? I thought it's dead by now...
Existing PC community is pissed because they're doing another round of fresh starts and we haven't gotten a major content release since last year's Rise of the Angry Earth expansion. General feel of the game has significantly improved and isn't nearly as clunky as it was before they reworked everything. Also, they added jumping and swimming.
This is the third round of fresh start servers and it's getting pretty fucking old. If they're so concerned about the economy, give players the option to transfer their character without their inventories. That'd be a decent compromise but starting from scratch all over again? Fuck off.
The existing game has been replaced with a console port. Graphics have been downgraded, the UI no longer supports ultrawide, there's no DLSS....Existing PC community is pissed because they're doing another round of fresh starts and we haven't gotten a major content release since last year's Rise of the Angry Earth expansion. Well to be clear I'm just saying what I've seen reported in the discussion forumsUltrawide got broke in the update but is any of the rest true? I guess there's a problem with the DX12 renderer and there are some people who forgot to turn off dynamic resolution scaling but that's the only complaint I've seen about a downgrade and there was never DLSS despite the community asking for it for years. Only FSR1. Guessing they don't have access to motion vectors needed for implementation.
Same for me, DLSS 66% is best setting, excluding performance. That post reeks of AMD cope. I use DLAA as my anti aliasing and I get better anti aliasing results than quadrupling my native resolution. Even DLSS quality (66% resolution scale) does a better job than native+4x MSAA.
