Sanqualis has posted an interview about the alternative history World War 2 CRPG, Another War. There are a number of questions about the setting, the character system, and lots of other good stuff. Here's a sample:

S : Does the characters have skills and can they progress ?

K. C. : Certainly, there is a RPG-based development system which is based on collecting points and distributing the points. And it's not like you get points from killing only. You collect points also by solving puzzles, and when you reach the next level you can distribute the points.
The character has eight basic statistics then it goes in eight combat statistics, which allows you to use different kinds of weapons. And in the end, depending of the class of the hero, you can choose some special skills, which are linked with the class. A strong man will have its own specific special skills, where the intellectual one cannot.
