Something must have changed for GoG to stop accepting smaller games. Like they got more expensive to patch or maintain or something. I wonder if this has to do with GoG Gallaxy.

GoG is probably trying to lean towards having AAA type titles like tWitcher in their current/latest releases. They will add Antharion and Eisenwald when they become a few years old (Old Games).

It's a shame really as these games are tailor made for the GOG user base much more than the Steam target audience.

Yeah, it's disappointing and makes me question whether I want to keep supporting GOG. Indies live and die by their access to digital distribution channels. If GOG is going to keep out good indies, I'm going elsewhere.

serpent in the staglands is in gog. indie games have to be scrutinized carefully. dont want gog to have a flurry of indie cash-grabs like steam

Fixed. Plenty of shit non-indie games too.
