And it looks so awful, jungle biomass in northern environments, gameplay made of bits and pieces from souls games.
Here's some more if you want to vomit. Won't be at all surprised if Bethesda themselves goes this route since the modding community is hellbent on turning TES into shitty Sekiro/nuAssassin's Creed/Dark Souls.

I know this is a Fedora Master trademark, but who asked for Avowed?

Throughout the 2010s, the idea of Obsidian fulfilling their dream of "making their own Skyrim" excited a lot of people - including on the Codex, as you can see some from some of the positive ratings on the original post of this thread.

It ended up taking them a really long time to finish it, and in the meantime people lost interest in the idea for a variety of reasons.
Ah yes, another skyrim clone. We're sure that's what the Codex wanted all along, right?

I WAS going to play this game, but now I find out it's some kind of Oblivion clone that hates men. I shan't be partaking in this game on my IBM personal computer

Hmm, let's see... 29 ass faces of doom :prosper: (which I'm not sure if they're positives)

11 shit reactions... oh I don't know.

5 declines. 3 Nos. 3 facepalms... and 9 wtfs.

Yep, very positive. Also, I've looked at the replies and theyre all very.. uhm.. positive too!

But let's not take this too seriously. It's Obsidian we're talking about here.

I didn't say a majority of Codexers wanted it, just a significant number. Although a few years earlier (before The Outer Worlds) there would have been more.

It's not rocket science: During the 2010s, a lot of people liked the idea of Obsidian making a game that would be to Skyrim what Fallout: New Vegas was to Fallout 3.

What people played Skyrim for? The Elder Scrolls world

What people played Pillars of Eternity for? Chris avellone's writing + good quest

What does Avowed have? Feminist writers + no Chris avellone

No Chris + Feminist Obsidian = No buy.

Reminder that everyone would still be excited about Avowed if what they gave us was closer to what that was shown in the first trailer. It was the second trailer that killed all the hype and made everyone feel the game is going to be fantasy The Outer Worlds. Which no one wanted or asked for.

And the sad thing is that there are still so many people who are yet to get the message. They want Obsidian to be making a new Fallout game, as if they want to see a post apocalypse version of The Outer Worlds.

I would have loved a Skyrim: New Vegas but I don't see how you get from the above trailer to the footage we have now. The hell happened?

The game went through a couple directors right? That trailer was probably when Chris Parker was director. What we have now is...definitely Carrie Patel alright.

I didn't buy Skyrim or PoE. So they will not lose the sale either.

So basically, with exception of main character all males are wimps, thieves, or homosexuals. "Fish nigger" has larger breasts than any female in the game. And anyone important with exception of main character is female.

So is it game so bad, it's awesome? And from that description it looks like the game is harem.

Hi.

With just a few days remaining until The Living Lands can be fully explored, how about enjoying a few meaty tidbits on the region that you will be able to visit yourself, as well as meet face to face!

Galawain's Tusks, a volcanic region in the Living Lands, is home to the isolationist Pargrunen dwarves of Solace. Their stronghold, Solace Keep, protects them from deadly creatures—xaurips, giant beetles, and the roaming undead. Few dare venture into Galawain's Tusks, and even fewer return.

Inquisitor Lödwyn is the leader of the Steel Garrote paladins—commanding with unmatched authority. She fell in the battle in the Deadfire Archipelago and later returned as a death guard. Unyielding and merciless, Lödwyn strikes fear in all who oppose her.

Thanks,

Sssssssssh If you keep telling Sherry that, you could cause sherry emotional distress.

You need to write "Developers are Jolly good fellows, and you need to read that story about Snow White and apple."
