Baldur's Gate was great. Much of its magic was lost in BG2, and then all the rest was lost in subsequent Bioware games.

To this day, companies have failed to capture what made it fun. Games like Pathfinders, Divinities, Pillars of Eternities, and Bear Sex 3 are all but mere shadows on the wall of decline.

I still want to try Alliance 1-2 ever since I saw it running on a console in a store decades ago. Same with sone Star Wars game and marvel superhero overhead fighting game.

Gonna continue from my old TOB save, right at the beginning of the expansion.
My character is a Human Male Berserker.
Party consists of a custom female Kensai/Thief I made, Sarevok (who replaces Jan Jansen, sorry buddy!), Imoen, Keldorn and Anomen.
