SW Galaxy Heroes.
It's branded Disney, it's branded EA, it's android.
I would possibly have completely ignored that thing if I didn't fall into a very... unnatural IRL situation.
And the thing is, it's the best thing going on on Android.
There is some good sense of tacticality that isn't achieved by most PC games. Even though it's a FF like type of game without any level design supporting it.
I would compare it to a blobber and rate it better than most.
Yet, it's cheap in many aspects. It's like they wanted to make the AAA of Android, but mid-way decided to stay light.
There is no PVP, I was really thrilled by the possibilities of it and then, I noticed that 'nope', there is something mi-micking pvp but there is none.
I didn't try out guild RAIDS yet, one cool attribute of the game is that the most you progress, the most you unlock new gameplay mods.
Hex Commander
Single player and Multi-player
Free to play (i really dig their economic model)
The maps are vasts, the level design is very good, cavalry can charge but is blocked by forest tiles, units can mount walls, towers, shield themselves in forest tiles (if they are allowed) and barricades...
There are sometimes too many units to manage for my taste, where you have to move units from point A to point B to point C etc.
I would also suggest all the PC ports:
Dark Souls
Shadowrun (returns, dragonfall, ?hong kong?)
X-Com Enemy Within
Templar Battleforce
Exiled Kingdoms
Then there are Demon's Rise 1 and 2 which i didn't try out.
