Looks pretty realistic TBH.
A stunned solder with a grievous wound spraying lead all over because you can't properly control a gun in full auto mode while weilding it one-handed (and having a huge bowie knife stuck in your face).
Accidentl friendly fire is a nice touch.

Super Wolfenstein HD is good for what it is: a fun little romp that has the basics there but is little more than minecraft with nazis and wonky physics.
