Saw this too, sadly the title is complete clickbait (and the articles based on it are even more fake news). She's just making a (really crappy) display from cells and displaying a static screenshot. And as far as I can tell she didn't even build the display, only simulated it. At least I could not find any pictures of the result anywhere, including in the writeup. Good job on presentation though I guess.
