Your first post made on the Codex indicated that the other illustrations are from Endless Quest #21, which suggests that this illustration might be from another Endless Quest book (or perhaps an entry in a different CYOA or gamebook series published by TSR). This particular image also appears to be from a science fiction setting (though it isn't easy to tell, due to the poor quality and low resolution of the image). Do you have a source for the PDFs of those series (or specifically for the illustrations within them)? :M

Do you think could be from polyhedron as well? Or have a better lead, anything helps

Could you find or create a better screenshot of this image? That might help suggest likelier sources for it.

I don't have a means of checking those CYOA books and gamebooks.
