Reminds me of that scene in The Wire where Royce and Clay Davis are holding each others hands on the courthouse steps with smiles on their faces

No idea what you are talking about, because not everyone watches shows by far-leftists about niggers.

Funny thing, MCA does, and enjoyed it to the point he wished he could work on it.

He also said the same about GITS: Stand Alone Complex. <3

Skeletons are already dead. Undead.

And yeah, there's a lot fun in crazily delving into the depths of a dungeon like a bloodlusted maniac slaughtering and destroying and raizing everything in your path, but there's also a place for more dialogue-based RPGs. Some people can't get it and it's sad for us when they disturb the development of more dialogue-based RPGs that we also enjoy.

I guess that explains that absurd stand-off with Frank Horrigan at the end of Fallout 2 as well.

Lol, David Simon is in no way a far-left liberal. But yea, watch The Wire and read Homicide.

I just default to any Jew working in Media to be a far-left liberal using their shows as their products in a evolution group strategy against Whites. It's something I've picked up from the internet and it makes a lot of sense. The Wire is nothing more than another TV show glorifying niggers. Yes, I have a problem with that, living in a black crime infested shithole known as Brazil. I hope you never experience that.

I'm sorry you feel that way, nobody is glorified in the Wire, and some of the main antagonists, if the show even has those, are black men. The only "innocent" people are children, and that doesn't last long.

Political views

During a November 2013 speech at the Festival of Dangerous Ideas in Sydney, he said that America has become "a horror show" of savage inequality as a result of capitalism run amok, and that "unless we reverse course, the average human being is worth less on planet Earth. Unless we take stock of the fact that maybe socialism and the socialist impulse has to be addressed again; it has to be married as it was married in the 1930s, the 1940s and even into the 1950s, to the engine that is capitalism."[85][86]

Brazilian TV is full of glorification of black criminals by far-leftists (they aren't even Jews), so I refrain from watching these shows whenever possible. Not to mention how ugly and unpleasant they are. Brazilian black children in favelas walk with guns and, when in bands, are constantly attacking White women in the streets, like my grandmother, my aunt, my girlfriend, myself. No thanks. Get the fuck out and go back to Africa.

If Avellone likes The Wire, wants to make an RPG about it, good for him and may he have fun and success doing it. I just don't want it, and I'm explaining why. I really like his writing and I'm interested in all his projects, except when it's something personally repelling such as this.

Having to write Grobnar, Elanee, Khelgar and Neeshka may have been what permanently turned MCA off of taking major roles in game development. :P

Khelgar wasn't that bad..
He's such a bro dwarf.. Casavir is way more annoying.

Probably lowpoint of his career.

Really..? Because NWN2 was probably Obsidians best game next to MOTB / SOZ.

I agree, but having to conform to that dwarf stereotype even a little is something that must have been painful for him.

Another interesting bit:

More fuel for the drama, as he doesn't praise and/or include Sawyer or Fenstermaker there. +M

I never took Casavir much, so he may be a bro and I don't know. Khelgar was too basic... and his monk fixation was kinda forced imo.

I think the inference that he dislikes Saywer and Fenst(...) should be p. clear at this point.

That's fair but I don't mind the dwarven steriotype as long as they do something with it. Dwarves are bros.

OH absolutely, Has rushed development written all over it. Game was still awesome though especially after the NWN 1 OC..

Considering what he ended up doing with a character of a certain other overused fantasy race, perhaps we should be thankful he reigned himself in.

The NWN2 companions thing was surprising, never would've guessed he wrote Khelgar, for instance. It must've been painful indeed.
As for KotOR II companions, most of them had MCA written all over them already, specially the women (although I can't really say why).

Yes, but I remember people saying it was all Fairfaxian Conjectures™ and BS whenever I said it, back when I joined the Codex.

Why would he mention Sawyer and Fenstermaker? IIRC they had virtually no involvement in the New Vegas DLC's (that aren't Honest Hearts).

Neither did John Gonzalez, yet he was mentioned. Not sure Rob Lee had any major involvement with the DLCs either; if he did, Sawyer didn't mention it in his answer about who wrote what:

John Gonzalez, who actually wrote the entire main story and many of the game's central characters (Benny, Caesar, Mr. House, Vulpes Inculta, etc.) has seemingly been erased from the collective memory of the gaming community. I think it's really unfortunate. He also wrote all of the Survivalist logs in Honest Hearts (and some of the Happy Trails Caravan).

Writing duties are split up among designers. Not all designers write, but the majority of us do. Some do a larger share than others. I'll miss some here, but notably:

Eric Fenstermaker - Veronica, Boone, a lot of Novac and Helios One (Fantastic), a lot of Camp McCarran (Silas, Curtis, et al.), the White Gloves, Vault 11, some Goodsprings
Travis Stout - Lily, Raul, the Misfits, some Goodsprings, Follows-Chalk, Waking Cloud, some Happy Trails folks, and a bunch of stuff on Old World Blues
Akil Hooper - ED-E, a lot of Primm, the Omertas, some Hoover Dam, some Boomers
Rob Lee - Some Camp McCarran, a lot of Freeside, Camp Guardian, some Boomers
Jeff Husges - Most of Jacobstown, the Remnants, a ton of minor characters all over the place (including Boulder City, many Legion characters and Rex's quest)
Matt MacClean - Return to Sender station rangers
George Ziets - 1st Recon
Charlie Staples - Forlorn Hope, a bunch of other stuff I can't even remember
Jesse Farrell - A lot of Freeside (Kings, especially), Brotherhood of Steel, a lot of Hoover Dam
Chris Avellone - Cass, Lanius, Oliver (I think?) and some minor characters at Mojave Outpost. Of course, he also did all of the writing for Dead Money and Lonesome Road, and split writing duties with Travis Stout on OWB (not sure of the split).
Jorge Salgado - Red Lucy, Sarah Weintraub, Michael Angelo, and a few others (North Vegas)

Other designers also contributed (Stephanie Newland, JR Vosovic, Eric Beaumont, Sydney Wolfram, Dini McMurry), but I don't remember their specific writing contributions.

I have a personal dislike of NWN2 but NWN2 isn't exactly seen favorably in general I think.
