Okay, serious question: can you play this game with absolutely (and I am adamant on this) 0 enhancements? Can you play as a normal, honest-to-god person that just doesn't want wires inside of them?

Not because *ahem* "I don't get the setting", but because straight-up role playing. Say... I want to roleplay like I have some allergy to chrome. Can I do that?

No you're forced for story reasons but Cyberpunk Online better have unaugmented builds or I'm gonna be pissed.

It's actually pretty accurate, but that's also what makes it so depressing. When "punk" was a counter-cultural force you could kind of enjoy it as a spice in entertainment, when punk is the mainstream establishment it just feels oppressive to have to "root" for that.
