After getting this much Codex feedback, they may just decide their game is too shit to release, format their hard drives, and commit suicide.
Same here.I'm in as well
After getting this much Codex feedback, they may just decide their game is too shit to release, format their hard drives, and seek alternative employment.
this isn't even really an RPG is it? from what I've seen it looks like some sort of fantasy chess with absolutely nothing going on outside combat.
I read an early preview some time ago and if I recall correctly it was like:After getting this much Codex feedback, they may just decide their game is too shit to release, format their hard drives, and seek alternative employment.

If it's full of text based awesomeness like Darklands instead of 3D cutscenes then it's great.
If it's just like japanese TRPG then I'll be disappointed.

2) enter combat scenarios
and nothing in between.
with the combat scenarios being quite scripted, too...

That will be better, ultimately I'll wait for the codex review just like always.I'm fully expecting a fantasy version of Shadowrun Returns, though perhaps with more non-linearity.
Downloading now, but will I break NDA?
So, guys, why don't you tell us something about the game?
