Diablo 2 + Expansion Hardcore Ladder interest check

Who wants to grind up some levels in Diablo 2 and its expansion again? Last time we did that with the Codex everyone had a great time. All you need is Diablo 2 + the add-on. If you don't have it, it can't be more than 30$ and is likely worth the fun you'll be having. This thread is just to see if there's any interest in playing on hardcore battlenet from the Codexites, especially those we played with last time, like metallix and KC.

The only rules we had was to play HC because seriously, there's no point in not to. Way more fun.

Well I could try to reinstall it to see things done the Codex way but to be honest I'm not sure I wil: while I still had fun with it, Diablo 2 was a huge disapointment.

Ladder has extra items and runewords, and there's a big list of the highest level players. And that's how it differs from non-ladder.

Also, last time I'd tried, it couldn't connect to battlenet. Does D2 need some outdated protocols?
