PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Cr1t is one of the better tier 1 euro supports and will have no trouble getting into a team. The free agent pool in Europe is mostly carries and miss, so any new euro team would want to pick him up.

Moon is a very strong offlaner and atleast top 4 in NA (everyone above him is locked in already), the problem is that the NA scene doesn't have much proven talent left. I think he will end up on the upcoming EE team, which will be a mix of NA and EU leftovers.

i think moon is underrated because of his short history in comp Dota, He switched to pro Dota almost 3 years ago and improved rapidly.

Every player on OG is top tier in their respective roles, despite the bad Ti. Two lost series does not mean their individual skill turned into total shit.

I never said they had no individual talent, just that the talent level is very skewed - Miracle is obviously the best player on the team by a landslide (even when you account for differences in playing roles, the guy is just a fucking beast); also note that I said Moon is a solid player, I've been watching him since HoN, he's got a very active risky playstyle that reminds me of Demon, and I like it.

Cr1t is a good support but honestly there are plenty of great supports in the player pool at the moment.

N0tail and Fly are not so great, to be honest. They work well together as a team and they have been together for ages, but that's about it.

Who would have known post-EG Jimmy would be this fucking resilient?

I wondered why the comment count was so low. Anyway, yeah, Riot is killing their own competitive scene by the looks of it.

Pitlord is very fun to play. Very powerful in the right team, too - he's kind of a shit laner though, outside of his aura. The only lane he does decent in is mid, because he can shove the lane, get the rune, stack the jungle and farm stacks. But there are a lot of other mids that should take priority over him, so he's in a difficult situation.

Building him for aura/teamfight with greaves, pipe and so on works very well, he's decently tanky and can soak up some decent punishment while creating some chaos with rift and rain of fire. However, that requires a team that pushes instead of afk farming lanes or the jungle, which almost never happens in pubs.

The only tricky part of using him is his ultimate - I think it's best used defesively to get your team out of wtf situations or after a successful base defense where one of the other lanes is pushed enough that you can transition immediately into a forward push with your entire team. That could be very powerful. For ganking, it's kind of shit since you need a structure or creep - I think it can work really well with Beastmaster hawk, but I haven't been able to do that yet.

You could also position your bh or riki support to port to them and then gank them, like a smoke gank with less travel time. (as long as the riki or bh is visible while porting ofc)

edit: is there anything I could read about why and how moo was kicked? From the tweet and the link it seems theres more to that

I've only heard Misery mention "it was for the best". No real explanation.

You can't tp to heroes with Dark Rift. Otherwise, it would be a lot better.

Dark Rift doesn't work on hero units. Otherwise, it would be a lot better.

ah sorry did read that wrong and have not played him, I just assumed it would because otherwise its very limited when it comes to suprise tactics. Could you use dominated creeps as port point?

You can use Beastmaster Hawk/Lycan Wolves.

They changed what type of units you can teleport to when they ported him to DotA2, you were only able to port to allied non-hero non-controlled units/buildings in WC3 DotA. They changed that to non-hero allied units/buildings in DotA2, therefore enabling you to teleport to hero-owned non-hero summons aswell as creep-hero units (like familiars, brewlings or LDs bear). Really the only thing you cannot port to in DotA2 is heroes, illusions and wards.

I am eagerly awaiting videos of whole teams teleporting onto a creep that gets turned by chen and immediately sent back to base. The teleport still completes in that case, porting everyone into the enemy teams fountain.

That's what I said, that hawk would be a great way to use it but I haven't had a chance to do it yet since pubs are so uncoordinated.

But yeah, you can use dominated creeps, lane creeps, summoned shit and even hero creeps (like Warlock golem, Brewmaster aspects and shit like that).
