Wasn't a series, the loser bracket matches are BO1. Exciting!

Na'Vi is up now. I'm really cheering for them, and I think it's the time in the tourney that favours them the most and where they can bust out the crazy picks. But it seems they're going boring stuff like Tusk Dazzle AM... picking AM early against Vici is very dangerous.

Edit: VG should draft tide as a last pick. If they do, Na'Vi is probably fucked.

Wisp pick was super bad in my opinion. Luna is VG's lategame insurance and she's a pretty safe pick because Na'Vi can't agro tri against it since they have an AM against an offlane QoP. I think VG outdrafted pretty hard.

Yeah this is looking awful for Na'Vi, they need to fight against bkb luna/sf who also have mek advantage and better/more farmed supports.

AM needs 2 more items before he can start to fight.

Wisp is shit for base defense, in fact Wisp was a fucking awful pick here.

Lina would have killed that sf if Fy didn't make the play of his life there on Rubick. He lifted the Lina after her stun, stole the stun and stunned her before she could Laguna the SF.

Na'Vi have to close this game out in the next 5 minutes, AM is 6 slotted and Luna/SF can get Satanic/MKB.

Yeah Na'Vi lost, AM is the only one who does anything, their entire team is going to die to SF/Luna before he can kill anyone on VG.

Best game of the day. Incredibly tense throughout, and I thought VG was done for when they miscalculated and gave away a free bottom racks.

Ban Sonneiko WW and pick ES first = Na'Vi 50% less effective.

Artstyle was just goddamn awful that game. The result could have been different.

A Beautifully Desolate Campaign
Even with Ice³ playing his worst game ever and Hao having a single good eclipse in a 50+ minute game they still win thanks to Fy/Fenrir. Fy stole Linas stun pretty much every single fight and almost always hit at least 2 people with it too and Fenrirs shaker was nothing to scoff at either, which is basically why they managed to hold out so long. Fy grave on himself at the penultimate teamfight was more useful than all of artstyles graves combined over the entirety of the game. Why you would grave yourself when you're clearly dead already, and then proceed to give rubick Weave after they just killed rosh I will never understand. Hopefully Hao and Ice³ get their shit together so they dont lose to C9. Seriously, I've never seen Ice³ play even close to as badly as he performed this game.

For Na'Vi one can only hope that they will fucking finally get rid of that shitstain that is XBOCT, he's been underperforming for close to 3 years now. How many more good players do they have to cycle through before they realize that the problem wasnt Smile, LoH, Puppey, Kuro, Vanskor, FNG, DKPhobos and whoever leaves next before finally kicking that dumbass. That whole bkb situation on the toplane was just completely retarded, getting blown up at rosh like 30 seconds later because he blinks in with no followup whatsoever; not to mention how he gets initiated mid like 10 minutes later, blows his BKB with 3% HP left only to die a splitsecond later, having to buyback and jumping in without bkb like the dumbfuck he is. Thankfully for him VG played it safe from there on, else the game may have ended there already. Dendi actually afk'ed in the trees for a good 10 minutes while everyone on Na'vi was watching XBOCT get 6-slotted only for him to not have BKB in the 2 most important fights. Dendi having a hex or refresher may actually have had more impact than XBOCT getting a goddamn Moonshard.

Dem Artstyle plays, back to selling pines i guess. So far all of my top6 picks are still IN, though i might have missed the mark with placing cloud9 in 6th place.
