This second part to the game sucks, it's just a rehash of the first parts find the dragon balls, but now with companions and bosses... Fuck this lazy story telling shit.

Trying to dance around spoilers for the sake of anyone coming into this thread later, but I do agree generally. I just unlocked the 2nd casino.
I will say that I feel like the 2nd chapter of the game has a really really strong start with Last Bastion and the first boss. They really drove home a sense of desolation I found the whole setup so completely enthralling that I was talking to every single townsperson anytime there was any question progress.
If they had kept that pace throughout I'd be completely satisfied. But once I reached Puerto Valor and started hearing that generic town music again, and noticed despite the really dire introduction sequence in the underwater kingdom that most towns have ended up being just fine, it kind of sapped away that post-apocalyptic charm. It's also been kind of annoying to unlock all the party members again, I'm just rushing through all the story beats until I have everyone.

you do know you can level up multiple skills at the same time without having to navigate the board at all, right?(which IS a pain in the ass, I grant you.)

You don't have to unlock shit. Just re-apply the skill points (which IS a pain in the ass, I grant you.)
Are you faggots even playing the same game I am?
Doesn't seem like it...
Zep--

I'm talking about the process of your former party members gradually rejoining your party over time in the latter half. I didn't mention reallocating skillpoints at all.
