Hey, good news!

Gearbox have plans to re-release a bunch of Duke Nukem games again!
First one, second, DN3D, Time to Kill, Land of the Babes, and Duke Nukem Advance!

The catch?
Evercade
a knock-of PSP (Playstation Portable) device
Fun fact: the Evercade screens *are* aftermarket PSP screens. Same size, resolution and (IIRC) edge connector.

and they used AI arts for their promo posters

Gearbox would probably make more money selling the IP than they will from this. Give it to 3D Realms or New Blood and we might get actually get a new Duke game.

Retro gaming was a mistake. Some re releases are justified but most games from before like 1996 should be sold in bundles or something like that. Like gog used to do.

Retro gaming is fine. The mistake is thinking you need to experience old games by buying current overpriced versions. Most of the time the original devs don't get a penny anymore from those sales. Interpret this info any way you want.
